Oversee the creation of media releases and content and steer peers towards the right positioning and use of information.
Bi-weekly assessments for each retainer to ensure development
Overviewing and designing communication strategies and plans for overall PR accounts including the tactics needed to achieve the ambitions.
Initiate and pitch activities, initiatives, events, and announcements. Identify and respond to opportunities to showcase for and to clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Liaising with clients regarding press campaigns, creative projects and PR solutions.
Complete awareness of media representatives and ability to distribute client’s press releases, features, articles to the media.
Input for 360 comms and have an input for organizational works and flagships
Work collaboratively with team members and build strong relations with other departments to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, showcasing the impact of our work and the value we deliver.
Serve as a mentor and role model for junior team members, providing guidance and support as they develop their own skills and expertise in the field.
