We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled PPC Specialist (Media Buyer) to join our team at Traze.com in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Forex and online trading industries, with deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), and Direct Media Placements. You must be well-versed in workarounds, advanced tracking methodologies, and scalable paid acquisition strategies.


If you have a data-driven approach, a deep understanding of conversion optimization, and hands-on experience with server-to-server tracking, this role is for you!


Key Responsibilities


1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution


· Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Bing, DSPs, Native Ads, and Direct Placements).


· Implement scalable media buying strategies to drive customer acquisition and high ROI.


· Manage campaigns for both web and mobile app acquisition using advanced targeting techniques.


2. Forex-Specific Media Buying


· Leverage experience in the Forex/CFD trading industry to target high-quality leads.


· Navigate industry restrictions and compliance challenges with effective workarounds.


· Identify and negotiate direct ad placements on Forex, trading, and financial news websites.


3. Advanced Tracking & Optimization


· Implement advanced tracking solutions for accurate attribution such as server-to-server (S2S) tracking


· Utilize first-party data, offline conversion tracking, and enhanced lookalike audience strategies.


· Optimize campaigns using heatmaps, funnel analysis, and multi-touch attribution models.


4. Mobile App Advertising & Growth


· Manage and optimize App Store (iOS/Google Play) campaigns for mobile trading apps.


· Implement Apple SKAdNetwork (SKAN) tracking, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), and deep linking strategies.


· Develop retargeting and engagement campaigns for mobile traders.


5. Budget & Performance Management


· Manage 6- to 7-figure media budgets effectively, ensuring positive ROAS and CAC control.


· Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to enhance conversions.


· Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CVR, CPA, LTV, and churn rates.


6. Collaboration & Reporting


· Work closely with content, design, and BI teams to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.


· Provide detailed performance reports and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.


· Stay updated with ad platform policies, algorithm changes, and Forex market trends.
