We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PPC Lead to spearhead our paid search marketing efforts, drive customer acquisition, and support our expansion.

Role Overview:

Were looking for a PPC Lead who excels not only in managing campaigns but also plays a key role in shaping our overall marketing strategy. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities by analyzing performance data and turning insights into actionable strategies. This role requires someone who is technically proficient and also thinks critically and strategically. We're seeking someone passionate about continuously learning about the customer journey and refining the PPC approach based on data-driven insights.
In this role, you will uncover new opportunities for lead generation and explore innovative strategies to reach potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to go the extra mile by actively seeking learning opportunities beyond the typical PPC domain. This includes gaining insights from listening to customer calls with the sales or support teams, researching market data to better understand customer needs and pain points, and proactively suggesting research to uncover critical blind spots. Your approach should be rooted in curiosity and a commitment to continuously refining strategies for growth.

    Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a strategic PPC plan that aligns with Blink Payroll's customer acquisition goals.
  • Analyze search terms, campaign performance, and lead quality to continually refine and optimize the PPC approach.
  • Identify new demand generation opportunities by closely studying customer behavior, including listening to customer/sales team interactions for insights.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term growth.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure PPC campaigns align with customer needs and overall business goals.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
    Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS or payroll-related industries. Proven success in driving growth for B2B SaaS is essential.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition through paid search channels.
  • Ability to balance tactical execution with a high-level strategic mindset.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with team members and stakeholders.

    Recruitment Process:
