About the Role
We seek a dedicated and skilled Power Field Service Operations Engineer to join our Power and Operations team.
As a Power Field Service Operations Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our operations and responsible for the maintenance and smooth functioning of our power swap stations across the UAE. Reporting to the Power Field Service Operations Lead, you'll be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field service activities, including maintenance coordination, troubleshooting, and repair of charging and swapping facilities
- Provide on-site support to customers at power swap stations, assisting with any issues to ensure the best user experience
- Perform pre-site surveys to verify site and power conditions meet our facility requirements
- Manage construction partners and oversee site acceptance, installation, and commissioning of power swap stations, charging stations, and home charging builds
- Monitor product operation status, conduct on-site inspections, and perform maintenance and emergency corrections
- Offer remote operation and maintenance technical support
- Manage spare parts inventory for all charging and swapping facilities
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, site construction, and project management
- Low-voltage power equipment installation and maintenance license
- Familiarity with 20kV and below distribution systems
- Knowledge of power system operating procedures and safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills and logical thinking abilities
- Positive attitude, team player, and results-oriented mindset
- Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
