Post-Fixture Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Analyze and assess the completed voyages to ensure compliance with agreed terms, performance benchmarks, and voyage instructions.
• Prepare and distribute voyage performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as fuel consumption, port turnaround times, demurrage, etc.
• Manage the calculation and settlement of demurrage claims and other related expenses, coordinating with charterers, brokers, and legal teams when necessary.
• Ensure all post-voyage documentation is accurate and complete, including voyage reports, Statement of Facts (SOF), and Laytime calculations.
• Liaise with vessel masters, port agents, and charterers to resolve any post-voyage issues, ensuring prompt follow-up on outstanding matters.
