Apt Resources is seeking a dynamic and motivated Portuguese-speaking purchaser specializing in FMCG and Food Products for Supermarkets, to join the team of one of our prestigious clients in Dubai. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes in the food service industry and FMCG sector, along with fluency in Portuguese to effectively communicate with suppliers and stakeholders.

• Identify and source suppliers for industrial kitchen and catering equipment.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers in Portuguese.
• Manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery and installation.
• Stay updated on market trends, new products, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand equipment requirements and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and make timely purchase recommendations.
