Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment.Job DescriptionPosition SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled PMC Schedule Engineer to join our Project Management team for a major Oil & Gas pipeline construction project in Abu Dhabi. The Schedule Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of project milestones. This role requires strong expertise in planning tools and scheduling processes, with a focus on pipeline construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).Track and monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with approved timelines and milestones.Conduct schedule analysis, including critical path method (CPM) and earned value management (EVM), to assess project performance.Collaborate with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure schedule coordination across all project phases.Identify potential schedule risks and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.Support the preparation of progress reports, including schedule status, delays, and recovery plans.Assist in managing contractor and subcontractor schedules, ensuring they comply with project requirements.Ensure proper integration of contractor schedules into the master project schedule.Participate in planning and progress meetings, providing data-driven insights on project timelines.Support the change management process by evaluating schedule impacts of proposed changes.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.Experience:5-10 years of experience in scheduling and planning, with a focus on Oil & Gas pipeline construction projects.Experience in a PMC environment is preferred.Skills:Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.Strong analytical skills with knowledge of CPM and EVM methodologies.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural team environment.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Additional Information
