As the pioneering portal for homeseekers in the region, we are on a mission to motivate and inspire people to live the life they deserve.The Position Reports ToPrinciple MarTech Manager SummaryAs a key contributor to our team, this role focuses on managing and implementing tags for marketing and analytics across Property Finder Group’s websites and apps. By leveraging expertise in ad tracking and web analytics, you will design and implement robust data tagging strategies to support product analytics and experimentation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure consistent tagging methods across digital platforms, enabling comprehensive channel analytics for web and mobile applications. Additionally, you’ll drive the development of implementation guides, standards and best practices, documenting and sharing insights to optimise analytics processes and outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Implement the appropriate placement and maintenance of all analytics and marketing or vendor tagsMaintain clear and detailed documentation of changes made to any and all tags; approve all tags and monitor performanceEnsure that all tagging specs/code are properly implemented and any new technologies being deployed are understood to ensure the integrity of the tag data being collectedSupport the internal teams with additional data collection needsCoordinate with developers to expose necessary data elementsServe as subject matter expert and technical advisor to team members across the organisation as it relates to Tag Management (Product Managers, Digital Marketing, etc.)Administer and maintain Tag Management Systems and Server side taggingThe Person Desired Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing technology StackExperience with Tag Management Systems, such as Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM) Google Tag Manager (GTM), or TealiumExperience in JavaScript and front-end/back-end development skills to manage javascript tags, custom tag templating, data layer enrichment and standardization Experience in Web and App Data layer designExperience in BigData analysis & data driven troubleshootingSQL and NoSQL experience is a plusStrong understanding of data governance and compliance (e.g., PII, PHI, GDPR, CCPA).Effective skill in Marketing and Product Analytics, such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe analytics, etcEffective skill in converting business requirements into specifications for Analytics ImplementationsWorking knowledge of analytics and tagging best practices/trends, products and servicesExperience in providing effective policy and procedure recommendations that will drive efficient data tagging outcomesWorking knowledge and understanding of applications of web and online mediumsEffective skill to independently devise creative solutions to critical problems using often limited and imperfect dataDemonstrated intellectual curiosity and a self-starter attitude with a high degree of ownershipEffective skill working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities; exercise a high degree of initiative in a highly structured environmentEffective research, analytical, and problem solving skillsExcellent relationship management skills, with a proven track-record of managing cross functional resources and influencing stakeholders.Strong time management & prioritisation skills.Our promise to talentWe encourage our people, called creators, to move fast, to be bold and offer them countless ways to make an impact in a fast-growing and talent-centric organisation.
