Physiotherapist

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:
  

  
  
  • Assess and diagnose patients to develop effective treatment plans with both short-term and long-term goals.
    
  • Conduct initial consultations to determine the safest and most beneficial treatments for each client.
    

• Treatment Planning and Implementation:
  

  
  
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific conditions and needs of patients.
    
  • Organize and lead physical exercise sessions tailored to clients’ special needs.
    

• Documentation and Record Keeping:
  

  
  
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for each client, continuously analyzing records and statistics.
    

• Patient Education:
  

  
  
  • Educate patients on exercises, movement techniques, and healthy lifestyle practices to support their recovery and overall well-being.
    

• Financial Performance:
  

  
  
  • Generate and achieve monthly financial targets by promoting retail products and upselling additional services.
    

• Best Practices and Industry Knowledge:
  

  
  
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and apply best practices in daily work.
    

• Equipment and Inventory Management:
  

  
  
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained in optimal working condition, reporting any issues to the Head of Eden Wellness & Physiotherapy.
    
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of products and supplies, informing management of any required orders.
    

• Hygiene and Safety Compliance:
  

  
  
  • Uphold high hygiene standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
    

• Team Collaboration:
  

  
  
  • Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
    
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.
    

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE, including Physical Therapy, Aqua Therapy, and Therapeutical Massage.
  
• DHA Licensed Physiotherapist.
  
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  
• In-depth knowledge of manual therapy, Electrotherapy/Shock Wave, soft tissue techniques, taping, and mobilization techniques.
