Personal Trainer

We are seeking two female trainers and two male trainers to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering engaging training programs, assessing trainee performance, providing constructive feedback, adapting training styles to meet diverse learner needs
• Collaborating with team members to enhance training effectiveness.
• Additionally, trainers will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of training sessions, conducting evaluations to measure training impact, and participating in continuous professional development to stay updated with industry trends.
• They may be responsible for marketing and promoting their services, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records of client.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to motivate and support participants effectively.
