YNAP Middle East is now seeking an exceptionally talented Emirati Personal Shopping Intern to join the Personal Shopping MR PORTER team.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
Provide a full customer service
· Resolve all daily order issues, returns, stock discrepancies etc
· Liaise with all relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and follow up until completion
Support the Personal Shopper to close sales
· Help with creating dedicated edits for our customers with product images, product details, and pricing
· Outline the service benefits to unengaged customers and make sure the Personal Shoppers follow up with an email/phone call
· Create customer profiles for the team in order to offer the right product
· Ad-hoc stock search and check stock levels of key products
Help the Personal Shopper with stock requests for customers’ appointments
· Organise and check stock for consignment deliveries to key customers
· Assist with events set up, participation and take down
· Process orders, pre-orders and reservations of product when needed
· Look after a Personal Shopper’s customers when on holiday/absent
· Customers list admin maintenance
· Enrol new customers through acquisition projects as required
The type of person we are looking for:
· UAE National with Family Book.
· A flexible, positive and a keen team player
· Strong interest in Fashion
· Bilingual skills in English and Arabic (highly desirable)
· Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with regular glowing customer feedback
· Organised and Proactive
· The aptitude to go above and beyond at all times, for both internal and external customers
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint
· Proficiency in building positive and influential internal relationships with other teams, to ensure support with prompt resolution of issues
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines
