Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Personal Loan Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting our personal loan products, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities for personal loans.
Product Promotion: Present and explain our personal loan products to clients, highlighting features and benefits to meet their financial needs.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the loan application process.
Documentation: Assist clients with the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and submitted accurately.
Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and other relevant metrics to management.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Personal Loan Executive or in a related role within the financial services industry in UAE.
