Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal loan sales or credit underwriting within the banking sector.
Comprehensive understanding of personal loan products, credit assessment, and lending processes.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business through effective customer acquisition and relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain loan products and terms clearly to clients.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive client experience and resolving issues efficiently.
