What Youll Do



As the Personal Brand Manager, youll lead the charge in shaping and growing Chriss personal brand across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where creativity meets strategy. Your responsibilities include:

1. LinkedIn Mastery



Content Calendar Management: Plan, draft, and schedule LinkedIn posts to maintain a steady flow of engaging content. Copywriting Excellence: Craft authentic, well-written posts that reflect Chriss voice. Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and build connections to grow Chriss professional network.

2. Multimedia Strategy



Video Content: Collaborate with videographers to create high-quality videos for social media. Podcast Highlights: Identify impactful moments from podcasts and transform them into engaging clips.

3. Newsletter Creation



Bi-weekly Content: Draft and manage the Dont Shoot the Messenger newsletter, providing followers with deep insights and updates.

4. Platform Expansion



Develop strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter, using tailored content to grow audiences on each platform.

5. Community Management



Skool Platform: Build and foster an online community of financial planners, engaging with members and posting relevant content.

6. Strategic Collaboration



Work with external agencies and freelancers to fill skill gaps, ensuring we deliver top-tier content across all mediums.
