Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Executive ChairmanDepartment: Executive OfficeReports To: Executive Chairman and Office ManagerRecruitment Firm: REAP HR & RECRUITMENTPosition Summary:Our client is seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to support the Executive Chairman by managing his personal affairs and ensuring the smooth coordination of both personal and professional responsibilities. This role is essential in allowing the Chairman to focus on key strategic decisions, while providing comprehensive administrative support and handling personal tasks with discretion and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Calendar and Schedule ManagementOrganize and manage the Executive Chairman’s personal calendar, coordinating appointments, family commitments, and social engagements.Oversee travel arrangements for personal trips, ensuring seamless logistics.Book all flights for business and personal travel for the Chairman and his family.Communication ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all personal communications, managing calls, emails, and messages, prioritizing important matters.Ensure timely communication with the Chairman’s family, friends, and personal contacts.Event CoordinationPlan and coordinate personal events such as family gatherings, celebrations, and social functions.Manage event logistics including guest lists, catering, and RSVP follow-up for events hosted by the Chairman and his family.Household ManagementOversee daily operations at the Executive Chairman's residence, liaising with household staff for maintenance and operational needs.Ensure the residence is well-maintained, with necessary supplies stocked and organized.Financial ManagementAssist with personal financial matters by managing bills, receipts, and expenses, ensuring timely payments and record-keeping.Coordinate with financial advisors or accountants as needed for personal financial tasks.Errands and Personal TasksRun personal errands such as shopping, picking up items, and scheduling personal appointments (e.g., medical, car maintenance).Provide support for any personal projects or initiatives the Chairman may undertake.Health and Wellness ManagementSchedule and manage health-related appointments, including medical check-ups and fitness activities.Encourage and monitor the Chairman’s overall well-being, ensuring a balanced lifestyle alongside professional duties.Confidentiality and DiscretionMaintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling personal matters, ensuring privacy for the Chairman and his family.Safeguard sensitive information and communicate it securely and appropriately.Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience in a personal assistant role supporting high-level executives, ideally in a corporate or private setting.Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in office software and digital tools for scheduling and communication.Attributes:High professionalism, discretion, and reliability.Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the Chairman’s needs.Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders.Working Conditions:The position may require flexible hours based on the Chairman’s schedule, including evenings and weekends.Occasional travel may be required for personal events or engagements.BenefitsBenefitsSalary:TBDGender: FemaleNationality: Indian/Pakistan,British,European,USA,Arab, British NationalLanguage: Excellent command of English, with proficiency in Arabic and possibly French being an advantage.Benefits:Will be discussed in the interview
