Key Responsibilities:
· Manage calendars and schedule appointments
· Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements
· Handle personal errands and administrative tasks
· Draft emails, correspondence, and reports
· Assist with day-to-day tasks as needed
· Provide general support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Ideal Candidate:
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
· Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
· Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
· Previous proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant
· Great energy and a positive attitude!
