Role Description


We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant for a temporary contract (3-6 months) to support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at our client’s organisation in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and must attend the office daily in Abu Dhabi. This role requires exceptional organisational and communication skills to ensure the CMO's daily operations run smoothly.


Key Responsibilities


  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel for the CMO, optimising their time and availability.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders, managing all communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items, ensuring the CMO is well-prepared for all engagements.
  • Assist in managing marketing projects, tracking progress, deliverables, and timelines, and supporting team members as necessary.
  • Conduct research and compile reports to assist the CMO in decision-making and presentations.
  • Handle expense reports, maintain filing systems, and manage various administrative functions to ensure efficiency.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, ensuring all logistics and materials are in place.
  • Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience 


  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance experience 
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Diary Management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
