This is an Executive Assistant /Office Manager for a smart, ambitious professional with existing experience in supporting senior management to join a new firm in Dubai. The firm is an international consultancy and the MD travels extensively, so we are looking for a proactive, self-starter, responsible and trustworthy individual who has exceptionally strong communication and organizational skills, is loyal and dedicated and interested in growing with a business serving a global client base. Core requirements are that of a PA/Office Admin but based on skills and competency there is room to do expand the skills set. This includes populating and managing the Salesforce database, helping develop presentations, compiling internet based research, assisting with the company's website and marketing and managing a small budget for the company.
• Office management: filing (digital and physical), supplies, invoices and bills, managing vendors, office budget
• PA skills: international hotel and air travel bookings, manage calendar, emails, notetaking, int'l conference calls. - Salesforce database management. - QuickBooks accounting to maintain office budget.
• PowerPoint presentations, excel, database management. Basic IT skills, web management/design, research.
