المهارات

  • Proven experience as a Person in Charge or similar role in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • UAE experience and knowledge of Dubai food regulations preferred.
