Job Description



You’ll be part of the Marketing team. We’re split into various teams from content creation and digital outreach, to paid acquisition and affiliate marketing support — our marketing department creates and distributes all of our external client communications for the business. Our marketing team supports, educates, and informs clients and prospects about trading in our offices worldwide.
As a Performance Marketing Executive at Deriv, you’ll build effective multi-channel marketing strategies and manage marketing campaigns for our web platforms and mobile applications. You’ll be responsible for the organisation’s digital accounts and the campaigns running on social media, display, and programmatic channels. You’ll infuse life into new campaigns, drive their planning to execution, and be focused on the campaign results to ensure they meet the targeted key performance metrics. We expect you to be the brand custodian, ensuring increased trust and recognition in the fintech industry. Your insights into performance marketing in the online marketing ecosystem will be crucial for client acquisition and customer revenue.

Your challenges



Develop, deliver, and measure marketing campaigns to drive mobile app installs, user activation, and engagement.
Handle budgets and recommend improvements on advertisement expenses to effectively utilise the organisation's resources.
Collaborate with content and design teams to optimise marketing content.
Implement new digital marketing trends and technologies in our marketing efforts (webinars, webcasts) to generate leads and promote our products and services.
Create reports for key performance metrics, goals and revenue tracking, and other paid search efforts.

Requirements



University degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and mobile app marketing
Familiarity with search engine optimisation (SEO), the customer user journey and user account lifecycle, and customer retention principles
Good knowledge of Google Analytics, mobile app marketing and attribution tools such as Adjust, Appsflyer, or Annie, and marketing automation tools such as Customer.io
Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimisation for banners, landing pages and the customer activation funnel
Strong analytical and communication skills
Current country of residence: UAE
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

What’s good to have



Experience in using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Work experience in the fintech or e-commerce industry
