The main tasks are recruiting and staffing, general employee management and oversee People Department processes and structures. Furthermore, the role has a very strong focus on HR projects.

Recruitment and Selection Processes



Create job roles and job descriptions for respective departments Job posting Screen and select CVs Conduct Interviews with candidates and respective Manager Participation in interviews SPL screening Request gate passes Prepare Offer Letters and Employment Contracts Apply for PK number Apply for ADS accounts

Employee Management



Employee records keeping and management People Department system management Attendance sheet administration & tracking Issuing relevant references and certificates Record training certificates of all employees Expat apartment administration

People Department Processes



People Department processes setup and implementation incl. relevant forms, templates

Projects



HR related projects
The ideal People Department Executive should meet the following requirements:
Diligent and systematic approach to work Strong attention to detail Good planning and time management Proactive and innovative Highly organized with a structured approach to the delivery of projects Excellent oral and writing communication and presentation skills Excellent ability to handle conflicts Excellent confidentiality skills Team player Excellent ability to deal with pressure Work with relevant interfaces within the organization Willing to travelling abroad Participation in various projects and tasks beyond own job responsibilities Fluent in English extra language added advantage IT proficiency esp. Microsoft Office tools, SAP, ERP Two years of relevant work experience within HR/People Department
Must possess a legal work permit in United Arab Emirates
