Guildhall is seeking an experienced Planning Manager for a leading construction company specializing in building construction and infrastructure projects, you will play a critical role in planning and executing projects efficiently.• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines using Primavera P6.• Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth planning analysis and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.• Claims Management: Oversee claims management processes, ensuring timely submissions and resolutions.• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to monitor project progress and resolve issues.• Flexibility: Adapt to changing project requirements and flexible work schedules, including overtime as necessary.• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning, with a preference for experience in building construction and infrastructure projects.• Proficient in Primavera P6 software; additional project management software experience is a plus.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
