Guildhall is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will hold ADM registration and have a minimum of 10 years of work experience recognized by ADM, including at least 4 years dedicated to road projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to significant construction projects and be a part of a leading construction company in the region.• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, particularly road construction projects, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of construction and maintenance of road infrastructures.• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and objectives are achieved.• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.• Prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications in compliance with local and international standards.• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.• Manage project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules.• Ensure compliance with ADM regulations and obtain necessary permits and approvals for projects.• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering road construction projects.• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000).• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong leadership and project management abilities.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
