Job summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Corporate Health Screenings:
  • Design and implement corporate health screening programs tailored to the specific needs of businesses and their employees.
  • Conduct on-site health screenings at corporate locations and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Present the benefits of our screening programs to potential corporate clients, emphasizing the importance of employee wellness.
  • Business Development and Networking:
  • Utilize your professional network within the insurance, human resources, and healthcare sectors to identify and engage potential corporate clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in corporate wellness, insurance, and HR departments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the clinic’s patient base and service offerings.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention:
  • Drive new patient acquisition by promoting our healthcare services to corporate clients and ensuring a positive patient experience.
  • Develop strategies to retain existing clients, including follow-up communication and offering additional services.
  • Track and analyze patient acquisition and retention metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives.
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Planning:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership to develop and execute business development strategies that align with the clinic’s overall goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client feedback, and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless integration of corporate screening programs with clinic operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Provide feedback to the clinic’s leadership on potential areas for improvement based on client and patient interactions.
