Role Overview:
The role will act as the primary contact for high-value influencers, and streamers, focusing on building genuine, supportive relationships with this valued community. You will be responsible for building trust and fostering strong relationships, listening attentively and addressing feedback with patience and clarity.
The role will work to create the most effective engagement with the target audience either in conjunction via the operators (who have the primary relationship with them) or in some cases, directly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful connections, enjoys turning challenges into growth opportunities and has a natural talent for creating strong relationships with streamers.
How you will make an impact:
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for influencers and streamers, creating a supportive environment where they feel heard and valued and specific queries are efficiently addressed. Address player and streamer issues with empathy and professionalism, guiding conversations to de-escalate tensions and provide reassurance as needed. Identify the core motivation behind feedback, ensuring we address not only the issues raised, but the underlying reason driving them. Liaise with internal teams to create reports and gather the necessary information to effectively address concerns raised. Create communication guidelines for future use and maintain accurate logs and accounts of any conversations as well as any topics discussed. Communicate valuable insights to players and streamers, translating complex information into clear, actionable language. Maintain flexible availability to accommodate Streamers needs, including handling queries outside regular hours when necessary. Effectively adapt communication style to suit different audiences, always maintaining a calm and friendly demeanour. Stay flexible and solution-focused working within established company guidelines to deliver meaningful support.
What will make you the perfect candidate:
Proven experience in handling high-profile media talent/influencers. Knowledge of e-sports, gaming, online gaming or streaming preferred. Exceptional interpersonal, active listening and relationship building skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written as well as verbal. Strong adaptability in communication, with an ability to simplify complex information in a friendly and relatable manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations diplomatically. Ability to remain calm under pressure and readiness to assist during non-standard hours when needed.
