Key Responsibilities:
1. Ecosystem building: Identify and develop local high-quality partners, develop joint business plans, and achieve sales targets.
2. Solution enablement: Collaborate with technical teams to provide product training, solution support, and joint marketing resources for partners to improve the competitiveness of Huawei products in the ecosystem.
3. Project breakthrough: Take the lead in partner-driven key project operations, coordinate resources to ensure project implementation, and achieve market share breakthroughs.
4. Policy implementation: Communicate Huawei's channel policies, manage partners' performance, optimize cooperation models, and ensure compliance and long-term mutual trust.
5. Market insight: Analyze regional industry trends and competition dynamics, provide feedback on customer requirements, and promote the iteration of Huawei products and solutions.

Qualification requirements:
1. Experience: At least five years of sales experience in the ICT industry, with successful cases in partner management or channel development.
2. Capabilities:
o Be proficient in enterprise-level ICT products (network, cloud, AI, etc.) and industry solutions.
o Excellent business negotiation, resource integration, and cross-department collaboration capabilities;
o Have a deep understanding of the business scenarios and ecosystem operation of UAE customers.
3. Language: Fluent in English, Arabic proficiency is preferred;
4.Traits: Goal-oriented, adapting to a fast-paced, cross-cultural working environment.
