• Completion of a vocational training program is required
• Previous ARAMCO /ADNOC experience is required
• Knowledgeable of occupational hazards and safety precautions
• Knowledgeable of standard tools and equipment used on work assignments
• Ability to understand / Read / write/Speak in English to follow instructions and Specifications
• Practical skill to be demonstrated through trade test
• Ability to work in a multicultural & multinational environment
• NACE /BGAS Certification is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, including identifying potential risks and delays
• Coordinate with project managers and other supervisors to align schedules and resolve any issues.
Skills Required
• Assign and supervise daily activities to ensure smooth operations
• Arrange manpower and equipment according to site requirements
• Monitor site working hours, production levels, and HSE compliance
• Oversee abrasive blasting and painting activities, ensuring top-quality work in line with defined coating specifications
• Regularly inspect tools and equipment to ensure they are well-maintained and ready for use
• Maintain a clean and tidy workplace at all times
• Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as the Policy of Integrity, Code of Conduct, and HSE standards
