Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes
Select and mix paints to ensure the correct color and finish
Apply paints, stains, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
Inspect work quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure high standards
Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while painting
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Complete projects within deadlines and budget constraints
