Job Description


GULF PAH Account Manager


The PAH Account Manager will be responsible for managing a territory of 5 GULF countries with their key accounts and customers, driving and executing our strategies for our exciting new launch product in PAH, and for achieving financial, strategic and execution objectives in close collaboration with our cross functional team


Description:


The PAH Account Manager will be responsible for the following activities:


  • Effective Implementation of brand strategy and tactics in the field.
  • Accountable for accurate execution of territory sales targets within assigned territory.
  • Understand the purchasing process within the accounts, formulary inclusion process and is able to support the market access team to support brand access in the accounts.
  • Identify and communicate with relevant customers to ensure external stakeholders' full scientific understanding and differentiation and positioning of our product. These include Key Opinion Leaders, Key decision-making authorities in the PAH Centers and other members of the appropriate Multi-Disciplinary Team (Nurses, Pharmacists, interventional non treating physicians, Clinical pharmacists, PH coordinators etc.) who are influential in the use of our company products to maximize adoption, usage and sales in the territory.
  • Build and manage long term partnerships
  • Full Understanding of Stakeholders, perspectives ,buying process and patient journey per account.
  • Supports and liaises key strategic projects implementation in alignment with the cross functional team.
  • Analyze territory and accounts sales, and translate to action plans
  • Determine how to appropriately leverage cross-functional internal resources and reshape operational activities to achieve results in every account.
  • Able to Identify opportunities in every account and optimize current patient and stakeholders' pathways to improve treatment rates by aligning and collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders.

Experience Required :


  • Degree B.A  in relevant field ( Pharma, Business)
  • Previous successful experience of at least 5 years as Senior Sales representative or KAM is a must
  • Experience in GULF countries predominantly UAE is a must.
  • Experience with Pulmonologists / Rheumatologist / Cardiologists is a plus
  • Experience in PAH is a plus 
  • Experience in new product launches is a plus.
