A B O U T T H E F U N C T I O N Provide high-level administrative support to the Management Office to ensure the efficient flow of daily administrative task. Coordinating activities of the Executive Office, working closely with the Hotel Manager, in matters pertaining to appointments, transportation, mails and other general affairs. D E S I R E D P R O F I L E ( Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S , E X P E R I E N C E & L A N G U A G E P R O F I C I E N C Y ) W H A T W E B E L I E V E I N T E C H N I C A L S K I L L S & C O M P E T E N C I E S • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the company. • Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to manage C-Level matters. • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties and contribute to ad hoc projects and activities. • Ensuring completion of all administrative tasks on time and based on set quality standards. • Coordination with stakeholders to ensure meeting deadlines. • Focal point of contact and liaison between the Executive Office / Corporate Office and internal and external contacts, including Business Partners, Owners and Chairman’s Office. • Acting as an administration consultant to Ambassadors on key issues. • Screens all approvals; Purchase Requests, Memo’s, Online Payments, etc. • Arrange business travel, visas and accommodation arrangements as required. • Put Customer First • Drive for Results • Learning • Resilience • Adaptability • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications. • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration or similar. • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role preferably in a 5-star hospitality industry. • Minimum of a high school diploma is required.
