Job Description



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Serve as the frontline interface, directly engaging with business users to understand their challenges and plays a pivotal role in providing end-user training. Handle operational and navigational issues while also addressing specific local business-related concerns. Able to support data upload related to business data based on business authorization. In collaboration with Level 2 Support, aid reviewing the system after quarterly upgrade and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any issue found. Providing operational and handholding support on a day today basis to complete transactions in Oracle Fusion. Logging incidents in the ticketing system - ServiceNow (SNOW) - where business has not raised due to some challenges. Gathering basic requirements from the business for any enhancements or reports or integrations and communicate to relevant stakeholders for further activities. Conduct Oracle fusion module training to business users where required. Escalation of unresolved issues to POML application manager. Assist business with raising access requests and propose role names (where feasible). Role provisioning clarifications to users. Assisting businesses/Troubleshooting in the following activities: creating purchase orders and purchase requisitions, registering suppliers, supplier qualification, inventory transactions, month-end inventory reconciliation, closing the inventory periods. Additional support for the business: Performing subledger reconciliations, processing provisional entries, tax reporting. Managing budget uploads, finalization, and variances. New position creation, position definition changes, run data reports and assess goals and performance eligibilities.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE



Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree level education Oracle Fusion related certifications

Minimum Experience:



3+ years of experience in working with Oracle Cloud Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM products Experience in the marine industry is a plus but not required

Ability to handle multiple projects within deadlines and work well under pressure.
