We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced outdoor tire salesman to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales of a wide range of tires to retail and commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
• Actively engage in customer outreach and prospecting to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on tire selection.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in tire sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience in local market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of tire brands, products, and industry trends.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
