Outdoor Sales Executive - Food & Beverage

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
• Identify and engage with potential customers, including cafes, restaurants, offices, and retail stores.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of our organic and Fairtrade coffee.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Nationality: Open to Arab, Hindi, and Pakistani nationals.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
• Passion for Coffee: Strong belief in and commitment to organic and Fairtrade concepts.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Personality: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Other: Valid UAE driving license.
