Orthopedic Surgeon Specialist/ Consultant

SearchPlus HR is seeking an accomplished Orthopedic Surgeon Specialist/Consultant to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will focus on diagnosing, treating, and managing surgical and nonsurgical orthopedic conditions, providing top-notch care to our patients.

Your responsibilities will encompass evaluating patient needs, performing a variety of surgical procedures, facilitating post-operative care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes. • Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess orthopedic conditions and treatment goals
• Diagnose musculoskeletal issues through physical exams, imaging studies, and medical history
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical options
• Perform a wide range of orthopedic procedures, such as joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopies
• Monitor patients throughout their recovery, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with physiotherapy teams to ensure effective rehabilitation
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and rehabilitation processes
• Stay abreast of advancements in orthopedic surgery and integrate new techniques when appropriate
