1)Receive, review, and process orders received from clients through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.2)Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing order status updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.3)Liaise with vendors to confirm order details, coordinate pickup and delivery schedules, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.4)Monitor inventory levels, track stock availability, and coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure adequate supply to meet demand.5)Coordinate the dispatch of orders, arrange transportation logistics, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction6)Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing orders to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.7)Maintain accurate records of order details, shipment tracking information, and client/vendor communications using appropriate systems or software.8)Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and customer service enhancements within the order management function.9)Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor/managementRequirements1)At least 2 to 3 years prior experience within sales & order administration, logistics and customer service.2)Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence.3)Ability to multi-task and eye for details.4)Ability to understand the basics of the company's products and product configurations.5)Strong organizational and multitasking skills.6)Ability to understand financial processes related to invoicing, payments, and managing accounts receivable.7)Ability to ensure accuracy in offer preparation, invoicing, and documentation.8)Minimum a bachelor's degree (B.A, B.com, B.B.A, B.C.A, BSC or similar).
