Purpose:
The HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant will work closely with the business team to manage and implement new enhancements, projects, and change requests. This role involves contributing to business process improvements and realignment initiatives, ensuring that HR processes and their integration with other systems align with organizational goals. The Consultant will collaborate extensively with core business members and the digital transformation team. The Consultant will drive the re-imagination and redesign of workflows to support Aldar Education's mission and achieve exceptional results.

· Implement the Oracle HCM Process Areas modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Self Service, Recruitment, Talent Module (Profile, Goal & performance Module) across the group
