Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM and 8+ years of EBS HCM experience with Support and Implementation experience
Relevant certifications such as Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification can be advantageous.
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting.
Understanding of the Fusion HCM application architecture and integration capabilities
Experience in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Ability to configure HCM modules based on business requirements and best practices.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and talent acquisition.
Understanding of various HR functions and how they integrate with Oracle Fusion HCM.
Experience with integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or third-party applications.
