Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading facilities maintenance provider in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the operations of their Home Maintenance Division for luxurious residential properties. The successful candidate will manage maintenance services, ensure workplace safety, and support continuous improvement efforts. This role requires a strong background in facility management and team leadership, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction for high-end clientele.
Workplace Safety:
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, including staff, technicians, and laborers, while safeguarding company assets.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee the daily operations of home maintenance services, including preventive planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
Subcontractor Management:
- Manage subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of contractual work.
Resource Allocation and Work Planning:
- Coordinate the planning and resource allocation for maintenance processes to ensure smooth daily operations.
Process Documentation:
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and templates for maintenance activities.
Quality Audits:
- Conduct periodic quality checks to ensure adherence to maintenance standards and improve service delivery.
Customer Complaint Management:
- Address customer complaints, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Team Training:
- Facilitate training programs to improve team competency in safety, PPM, and communication.
Budget and Inventory Management:
- Manage the inventory of spare parts and oversee budgetary performance to optimize financial results.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and monitor operational performance, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
RequirementsEducation:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years in operations management, facility maintenance, or a related field, with a focus on home maintenance services, cleaning services and team leadership.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PPM, emergency, and reactive maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in managing subcontractors and external service providers.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Budget management, cost control, and operational performance monitoring.
- Experience with quality audits, process improvement, and customer complaint resolution.
