Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a network of creators and influencers. Oversee influencer relations, ensuring high engagement and retention. Successfully scout and onboard talented content creators to join our network. Develop strategies to optimize YouTube monetization and channel growth. Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements. Collaborate with creators to enhance their content and branding opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing MCN or influencer networks. Strong background in working with YouTube creators and influencers. Track record of successfully recruiting creators to MCNs. Knowledge of YouTube Content ID, monetization, and platform policies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects efficiently.
