Position Title: Operations Manager

Salary: Up to 15K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A prominent scent solutions provider specializing in premium fragrances, advanced scenting machines, and high-quality oils.
Job Description:
Manage and coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient functioning of scent marketing operations, including deployment, maintenance, and customer service.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between customer service, sales, and technical teams to address client needs, manage installations, and provide post-service support.
Analyse and streamline operational workflows and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
Provide leadership and support to a team of 20+ employees, including setting goals, monitoring performance, conducting training, and facilitating professional development.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction and generate reports to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
Open to Indians, Egyptians, Lebanese nationalities
Male, 40 years old and below
Must have Bachelor’s Degree in BA, OM or any relevant field.
Must have experience in the same industry
Must be expert in Customer Service & Budget Management, Warehouse Operations
Immediate joiners are highly prioritized.
