Job Description:

• Oversee pre-contract commercial activities and project management sections to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful project delivery.
• Utilize a strong understanding of construction management principles to guide project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Exercise commercial awareness in managing budgets, optimizing financial performance, and achieving cost-effective operations across projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships, ensuring consistent communication and addressing client needs.
• Lead teams effectively by setting strategic goals, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and objectives.
