OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Liaise and coordinate daily operations at DA and act as the single point of contact for all DA related queries.

• Support daily operation function
• Coordinate work flow and maintain productive work environment
• Ensure daily operations adheres to company policies and     operation standards
• Analyze performance and work flow reports and propose improvement action on operation KPI
• Generate weekly/monthly and quarterly reports to measure achievement of KPI
• Carry out any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Act as a communication channel between Head Office / HC personnel as delegated by the operations manager.
• Provide SOP for all implementations and update SOP from time to time align with business flow changes 
• Consolidate all data to measure individual performance
• Work on annual departmental expenses budget and cost saving initiatives based on expenses report and tracking 
• Responsible for allocation and reshuffling of manpower within DA 
• Consistently come out with analysis report to measure impact of certain process flow discontinuation and comparison of manpower reshuffling

Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is a must and PG Degree is preferred.
• Relevant Professional Certification is preferred.

Skills/ Competencies/ Experience

• 3 – 5 years relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
• Excellent customer service orientation skills and problem solving skills and result orientation.
