This Role is important to ensure that the company reaches its target and operates effectively using operations strategies and objectives.

• Vehicle and payment details captured and updated in the system 

  
  

• Vehicle transfer documentation 

  
  

• Coordination with concerned departments for payment 

  
  

• Customer (sellers) handling  

  
  

• Vehicle Title Transfer / Customer Appointment - Title Transfer to be completed accurately once PO is generated in CRM, and ensure all customers (sellers) are called and confirmed on the title transfer appointment (location/date/time) with PRO at muroor/samha/tasjeel on time. 

  
  

• RTA fines/black points/blocks/case - To be checked online/RTA by TC number immediately after PO is generated in CRM an ensure the seller is updated accordingly, coordinate with seller/PRO to solve issues immediately for smooth title transfer.

  
  

• Bank Loan Car - All sellers to be called next day once PO is generated in CRM, inform them about the liability letter, power of attorney and security cheque to submit immediately for loan closure.

  
  

• Corporate Car - All sellers to be called next day once PO is generated in CRM to verify required documents like Arabic NOC, Trade license, POA, MOA and confirm appointment for title transfer with PRO. 

  
  

• Number Plate/Reg Card/Mubaya Custodianship - All vehicle number​plates/registration cards/mubaya to be received by ops within 24 hours for title transfer. If not received, arrange a PRO/driver for collection from branches. 

  
  

• Car rental: Rent a car request to be sent on time and to be confirmed as per customer’s request.

  
  

• Bachelor’s degree

  
  

• Experience in Operations Automotive industry  

  
  

• Customer Service Experience

  
  

• RTA Experience.

  
  

• Strong Customer Experience skills 

  
  

• General Proficiency in using Browsers, Applications & Email 

  
  

• General Proficiency in English
