Job
Summary:
Provide
operational support for related Compliance and Enforcement functions, arrange
and attend internal and external meetings wherever required, prepare reports
and materials, and organize correspondence and memos.
Duties
& Responsibilities:
•Ensure proper documentation and
confidentiality of all the department’s records.
•Liaise with departments across FTA to
gather and share information relevant to the department.
•Follow up with on tasks assigned by
Director and/or as per their mandate.
•Prepare, edit and organize
correspondence, memos, minutes of meetings, reports, mail and other documents
as requested.
•Prepare reports required by the
Directors and organize information by formatting, editing, retrieving, copying
and transmitting text, data and graphics in order to contribute in the
development of reports.
•Maintain and process forms.
•Prepare materials for workshops,
conferences, meetings, etc.
•Attend meetings with the Director as
requested with relevant stakeholders.
Minimum
Educational Qualifications and Certifications:
•High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or
Economics or other relevant degrees.
Minimum
Work Experience:
•2+ years’ experience in a similar position.
Preferred:
Experience in working in government entities.
