Manage and respond to client queries via email and calls.
Submit requests on the internal portal and track progress.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless operations.
Ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, customer support, or back-office roles (preferably in telecom, BPO, or banking sectors).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with experience handling client queries via email and calls.
Proficiency in using internal portals, CRM systems, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders
