Main duties
· Provide day-to-day leadership and management to Icons that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the organization;
· Responsible for driving the organization to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives;
· Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes;
· The OM will be strategically responsible for location evaluation and identifying new growth opportunities and endorsing investments in new outlets;
· The OM will review all applications from potential franchisees strategically and shall provide feedback regarding the suitability of granting a franchise and adding the franchisee to Icons’ network;
· Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of Icons;
· Assist, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the Organization to meet sales, growth, and market share objectives;
· Lead product optimizations and new developments to innovate and excite the customers on an ongoing basis
· Evaluate store assessments, assist in store trainings and implement fast actions to assure quality is up to the standards
Represent the firm with clients, investors, and business partners.
