Preferred Languages: Russian, Chinese & Farsi. Our client is a leading Multinational Forex Trading Company with headquarters in the UAE. They are looking for a Onboarding Officer with a background in banking, or Forex within the fintech industry.
Responsible for processing documents and approving accounts in CRM systems, ensuring the data is accurate.
Oversee the entire onboarding journey for clients, ensuring all relevant KYC documents are in place.
Manage client screening by conducting various background checks to prevent abusive activity and illicit registrations.
Monitor OCR systems and robotic activity to identify unusual patterns of activity.
Oversee the full onboarding lifecycle and ensure any issues or challenges are reported to senior staff.
Handle inquiries from both internal and external customers regarding the onboarding process through emails and other internal systems, and verify supportive documents.
Coordinate with outsourced service providers to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Communicate and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth information transfer.
Report any suspicious activity from end users to relevant departments.
Identify discrepancies or errors in client account verification and take appropriate corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of onboarding activities.
Must be able to Speak Russian, Chinese, Farsi fluently and any languages would be an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in business or finance
Experience in a similar role within financial services
Customer and Client focus
Experience with CRM systems and client screening tools (e.g., WC1, eSpear)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Keen eye for detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
Excellent at managing time, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
