Head of QA/QC – Oil & Gas (EPC)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Head of QA/QC to ensure quality compliance and regulatory adherence for large-scale EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves establishing quality frameworks, conducting inspections, and ensuring materials and construction meet international and GCC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC policies aligned with ISO 9001, ASME, API, and FIDIC requirements.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning quality checks.
• Conduct third-party audits, vendor inspections, and contractor compliance assessments.
• Implement non-conformance reporting (NCR) and corrective action programs.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) or related field.
• Experience:
• 15+ years in QA/QC roles within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Expertise in inspection, testing, welding, NDT, and material compliance.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ASME, API, ASTM, and GCC quality standards.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and international vendors.
