About the opportunity we offer:
We are seeking a skilled Offshore Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, focusing on FEED, EPC, and detailed design projects. The Offshore Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural solutions for offshore platforms and facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Analysis:
- Develop and analyze structural designs for offshore platforms and facilities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Utilize advanced engineering software and tools to create accurate and efficient structural models.
2. Project Involvement:
- Participate in FEED, EPC, and detailed design phases of projects.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of engineering outputs.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and technical reports.
3. Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers.
- Conduct structural analysis and simulations to validate design integrity.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
4. Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Participate in design reviews and audits to maintain quality and safety standards.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and process engineers.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other external parties.

About you:

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field
Languages: English + proficiency level (Basic, Professional, Fluent)
Main skills: - Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with advanced simulation tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in offshore structural engineering within the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SACS, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of offshore design codes and standards (e.g., API, ISO, DNV).
