Officer – Regulatory & Dispute

What you’ll deliver
• You’ll manage returned cheque claims, rental disputes, and DA litigations, ensuring effective resolution, negotiating, and drafting settlement agreements, and advising on contractual breaches and potential disputes.
• You’ll review legislation, register intellectual property, advise on regulatory compliance, conduct legal reviews of corporate documents, and provide legal advice on employment disputes.
• You’ll organize legal awareness workshops on legislative updates and business processes, producing legal updates for various meetings and presentations.
• You’ll participate in committees and conduct investigations, playing a key role in addressing regulatory challenges and legal inquiries.
• You’ll produce legal updates for various meetings and presentations, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of regulatory developments and legal strategies.
What you bring
• You should be educated to a bachelor’s degree level specialized Business Administration, management, law or any related with experience in paralegal and legal support with an overall experience of 6 months to 3 years.
• You should be able to conduct legal research and translate regulatory and dispute-related documents, facilitating effective legal support.
• You should have experience in supporting regulatory compliance efforts and assisting with the management of disputes and litigation cases.
